For businesses that care about face equality

Why partner with us?

We’re all about celebrating each and every unique human face. And so our partnerships are built on this same idea. Together, we find unique and innovative ways to bring about equity and inclusion with and for the facial difference community.

Something off the shelf?

Ways we can work together

CAMPAIGNS

Partner with us during key calendar moments, whether it’s Valentines, Halloween, or International Face Equality Week (12-19 May 2025). Whether it’s a public facing campaign that puts facial difference at the forefront, a creative idea to challenge misconceptions, or an event to raise awareness and vital funds. We can help you to prevent tokenism and ensure your campaigns centre lived experience throughout the creative process.

DEDICATED PROJECTS & TRAINING

Our off the shelf Face Equality At Work Programme equips all staff with the tools to recruit and support people with facial and visible differences, ensuring this community thrives at work. But there are certain industries where our community faces very real, very specific challenges, that we can address together. Our expert team can provide bespoke support on industries such as media, customer service, tech and beyond. Come to us with something niche, and we’ll make it happen.

SPONSORSHIP

Our primary purpose is to equip and empower organisations and advocates; making it easier for them to be a champion for change. Sponsoring our educational conference helps us to help them. Because no one should have to fight for change alone.
