Wednesday 1 October 2025 (day one)

FEI’s new strategy (11.30-12.15 BST; 10:30-11:15 UTC; 06:30-07:15 EST)

FEI now has a new strategy, which puts the membership as our central focus. We’ll share more about our refreshed messaging reflecting our vision, mission and goals, we’ll discuss the focus of what we’re doing and why. As we continue to grow as a unified membership, our work and our team, come and find out more about our plans.

Facial Recognition Technology: Community Consultation Event (17.00-18.15 BST; 16:00-17:15 UTC; 12:00-12:45 EST)

AI and facial recognition software is everywhere. From opening up your phone, to opening up a bank account, all seems to be reliant on your face being recognised. But we know this doesn’t always work for someone with a facial difference. Hear from the experts in AI and discuss as a community how we can protect ourselves and work together to ensure the technology works for us.

Thursday 2 October 2025 (day two)

From Awareness to Action: Marketing That Fuels Social Movements (13:30-14:30 BST; 12:30-13:30 UTC; 08:30-09:30 EST)

Discover how you can build and sustain your movement for lasting social change by applying storytelling, digital innovation, and community-building tools. Master fundraising strategies and tools that convert engagement into meaningful, ongoing support that drives real-world change.

Wrap up Keynote with Adam Pearson and Nikki Lilly (17:30-18:30 BST; 16:30-17:30 UTC; 12:30-13:30 EST)

Join actor, TV presenter and disability activist Adam Pearson, along with Nikki Lily, influencer, speaker and FEI Patron to end the FEI Forum on a high! Hear about the highs and lows of life in the spotlight for these two powerhouse activists.
